Roxy Jacenko is back in Sydney and back to work.

The 44-year-old PR woman stepped out to Sydney restaurant Double Bay on Saturday for an early Christmas lunch with her staff.

She was joined by members of her team from the Ministry of Talent, who were treated to gifts from high-end luxury retailer Hermes.

Roxy looked stunning as she showed off her recent 15kg weight loss in a black minidress with a lace-up bodice.

The blonde added a touch of bling with her cropped necklace and strappy chain heels.

For her makeup, she opted for an impeccable look: soft pink blush and natural lip gloss, and let her blonde hair loose over her shoulders.

Staff also carried bags from the Mecca cosmetics store, and Roxy herself carried a paper bag from Tom Ford.

The PR queen, who moved to Singapore with her family in 2023, confirmed in September that she had returned to public activity and Sydney two years after resigning as director of Sweaty Betty.

She recently made it clear that she was not born to be a “homemaker” and believes that running six businesses is “much easier.”

“I’ve always worked – I don’t know anything else – so going back to it was inevitable,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

“I tried to retire, but I was bored!” I’m an entrepreneur – it’s in my blood, so sitting at home, playing tennis and long lunches will never last long!

“I return to Sydney twice a month. Being 7 hours away and only a 3 hour time difference makes it very easy and enjoyable to spend time with my mom Doreen and friends and be back in the office.”

Roxy went on to say that even when she left PR, she was still running her digital agency, The Ministry of Talent.

“(I) look after some of the best digital influencers in the country, but by 2 p.m. my day is over. My friends and I joke that I do in a couple of hours what most people would do in a day, so going back to PR means I’m taking on the challenge again and working 24/7,” she added.

“I’m in a hurry doing this. It’s not for everyone, but it works for me…it’s fulfilling! Let’s say this is my hobby!

She said she praises stay-at-home mothers because she’s been doing it for six months and “damn, it’s going to be the hardest job.”

“There is nothing to do here (in Singapore), nothing. Housekeeping is not for me. Like, let’s be real. I shop to the point where I can’t shop anymore,” she added to The Sunday Telegraph.

“Yes, the Ministry of Talents is moving forward, and I work on it every day, but it’s not enough.

“I still have too much time in the day, and Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Prada aren’t open that many hours.”

Roxy made headlines back in September when she announced a PR relaunch for Sweaty Betty.

“I’m returning to Sweaty Betty PR and reopening the doors to select clients,” Roxy told Daily Mail Australia at the time.

“Learning to take a step back and enjoy life outside of work has been helpful BUT also incredibly boring!”

“I’m not cut out for the life of a housewife!”

She later shared the news with her Instagram followers, giving a not-so-cryptic hint at her next move.

The photo shows Roxy’s hand on the steering wheel of her car, with her WhatsApp messages visible on an open laptop.

“In November 2022, I decided to leave PR. Must have been a midlife crisis… lol I’m back today and oh it’s like old times…” she captioned the post.

“I’ve been working since I was 14,” Roxy continued.

“That’s all I know, and to be honest, I’m good at it, so it’s time to take action again.

“I will live in Singapore with my family, but will spend a week a month in Sydney at my headquarters in Double Bay. Given the time difference of only 2 hours, working outside of Singapore when I’m not in Sydney is quite feasible.”

Roxy traveled to Singapore with her family in 2023, deciding she would never return to Sydney.

“I have no plans to return. I’m sorry to say,” she told Daily Mail Australia earlier this year.

“I love Australia. Don’t get me wrong. It’s so nice to look at the ocean and have this opportunity. But I love being so close to so many different places.”

“After my time in Singapore, I traveled to Thailand, Vietnam and India.

“We’re so far away from everything in Australia. Suddenly my life became much brighter. I can explore and do different things.”
