Attack on Titan Cup Noodles Collaboration Is One of the Wildest Ads So Far

Attack on Titan recently made headlines for its first and possibly last appearance in Japan via Attack on Titan: Final Attack. While the recent cinematic release combines the final episodes of the anime season into one giant movie, it features both updated footage and a new post-credits scene unique to the film. Even though Hajime Isayama ended his beloved violent franchise, it didn’t diminish the impact that Eren Jaeger and his allies had on the world of anime. In a hilarious new commercial, the Survey Corps is now in the noodle business in one of the most hilarious crossovers of all time.

Attack on Titan is far from the only anime franchise that has collaborated with Cup Noodles in the past. In the past, the anime-related Final Fantasy franchise went so far as to create an in-game mission that involved Cup Noodles. Final Fantasy XV. When it comes to anime, we’ve seen these Cyberpunk Edgerunners, JoJo’s Bizarre AdventureAnd One piece try convenient edibles. When it comes to the Straw Hats, this collaboration even gave anime fans a brand new animated project that reimagined the Straw Hat Pirates as teenage high schoolers, a far cry from the typical Grand Line fare.

Specific partnership between Attack on Titan and in Cup Noodles, edible movie producers recreate some scenes from the dark anime franchise in a hilarious way. The new commercial features scenes from the anime adaptation’s third season, specifically featuring the Scouts fighting the Colossal Titan, Armored Titan, and Beast Titan. Cup Noodles, usually portrayed as one of the darkest battles in the series, helps lighten the situation with some truly surreal advertising. This time the scouts are trading their swords for forks when it comes to the Titans as a whole.

Attack on Titan: Future Without Noodles

Attack on Titan: Final Attack made a splash at the Japanese box office, although most of the material had already been broadcast on the small screen. As of this writing, there is no word yet on whether this grand finale will make it to North American theaters, although given the popularity of the anime franchise in the West, we imagine it will generate some revenue. One of the film’s biggest selling points is the new post-credits scene, showcasing completely different interpretations of Eren, Mikasa, and Armin.

Bye Attack on Titan easily remains one of the biggest anime franchises of all time, creator Hajime Isayama was in no rush to create a sequel to the series. Luckily, the manga artist is more than willing to return to the world of the Survey Corps if he has a story in mind. As part of an artbook released earlier this year, Hajime created a short story telling the story of Captain Levi’s childhood. IN Attack on Titan: Bad BoyLevi may not have fought the Titans, but he has endured his share of terrifying experiences. While Isayama hasn’t stated whether he has any more stories to write, we’re guessing that Hajime will one day return to his cruel world.
