Sloan performed some deep tracks for the first time in decades at the Smeared special.

On Friday (November 29), Sloane performed a special song. Smeared show in Toronto to celebrate its debut in 1992. The Canadian rock band not only played the record from start to finish, but also added B-sides and covers of Eric’s Trip and Jale.

The band performed “Lemonzinger” and “Sleeover” for the first time since 1992; “Ragdoll” for the first time since 1993; “Raspberry”, “Amped” and “Pillow Fight” – for the first time since 1995; “Double” for the first time since 1996; “Left of Center” for the first time since 2000; “Take It In” for the first time since 2007; “Applying blame” for the first time since 2010; “What is there to decide?” for the first time since 2011; “Pretty Voice”, “Marcus Said”, “Torn” and “Lucky For Me” – for the first time since 2013; “Sugartune” for the first time since 2018.

Eric’s Trip covers were “Stove” and “Smother”, and Jale’s cover was “Promise”. Below you can watch excerpts from the evening and see the setlist (according to setlist.fm).
